Terms of Service – Project Nine

These Terms govern your use of projectnine.co and your purchase of products from Project Nine ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it. We may refuse service at our discretion.

3. Our products

We sell dietary supplements. Our first product is P9 Clarity, a caffeine-free nootropic gummy. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

4. Product images

Some images on the site are digital renders. Final packaging, colours and minor visual details may differ slightly. The formula and ingredients will match what is described at the time of purchase. Minor variations in appearance between promotional images and the final product do not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

5. Batch 001 pre-order

P9 Clarity is sold as a pre-order. This means the product is not yet manufactured at the time of purchase, and customer orders help fund the production run. Batch 001 is limited to 500 packs. Your card is charged in full when you order. We aim to ship your order within 45 days of the order date, and no later than the end of Q1 2027 (31 March 2027). We will send production updates by email, and tracking information when your order ships.

6. If we miss the ship window

If your order has not shipped within that window, you may request a refund by emailing omar@projectnine.co with your order number. Refunds are not automatic. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of your request.

If we expect to miss the window, we will email you before it passes with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of placing it, as long as it has not shipped. Email omar@projectnine.co with your order number. After that, and other than as set out in section 6, orders cannot be cancelled. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it. Opened or used supplements cannot be returned. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Pricing and shipping

Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Orders over $100 ship free; otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout. You are responsible for making sure supplements can legally be imported into your country. See our Shipping Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All branding, logos, designs, product names and site content belong to Project Nine and may not be copied without written permission.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products, or from delays in manufacturing or shipping. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Order acceptance

We may cancel or refuse an order for suspected fraud, payment issues, availability or breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are not affected.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes apply from the date posted; orders already placed are governed by the Terms in force when you ordered.
