P9 SUPPS is a supplement brand operated under the business Project Nine, founded by Ahmed Mustafa and Omar Mustafa.

By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from P9 SUPPS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Products

P9 SUPPS sells dietary supplements and nootropics.

Our initial product is a nootropic gummy designed to support focus and cognitive performance.

Statements regarding supplements have not necessarily been evaluated by regulatory authorities. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking supplements, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.


4. Product Representation

Some images, packaging designs, and product visuals displayed on the website may be AI-generated, digitally rendered, or conceptual representations of the product.

These visuals are intended to illustrate the planned appearance of the product during the early development and pre-order stage.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Final packaging design

  • Branding details

  • Product aesthetics

  • Colours or visual elements

may change during the manufacturing process.

However, any such changes will not alter the intended core ingredients, formula, or functional purpose of the product as described at the time of purchase.

Minor variations in appearance between promotional images and the final manufactured product should be expected and do not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.


5. Pre-Order Launch Model

The first P9 SUPPS product will be offered as a pre-order.

This means the product is not yet manufactured at the time of purchase. Customer orders are used to fund the initial production run.

Customers purchasing during this stage understand that:

  • the product is still pending production

  • fulfillment will occur after manufacturing is completed


6. Minimum Order Requirement

Production will only begin if a minimum of 250 pre-orders are received.

The pre-order campaign will run for up to 60 days from launch.

If the minimum threshold is not reached within this period:

  • production will not proceed

  • all customers will receive a full refund

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Customers will be notified via email if the campaign is unsuccessful.


7. Pre-Order Payment

Customers purchasing during the pre-order campaign will pay the full product price upfront.

Price of Product: $69 USD for a 30-day supply

Payment confirms your agreement to the pre-order terms described in these Terms of Service.


8. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may request cancellation at any time before the minimum pre-order goal of 250 units has been reached.

Once the minimum threshold has been met and production has begun, orders become final and non-refundable.

Refunds after production begins will only be issued in cases where:

  • the product arrives damaged

  • the product is defective

Customers must contact support within 7 days of delivery to report damaged items.

Proof such as photos may be required.


9. Production and Shipping Timeline

Once the pre-order goal has been reached and production begins, the estimated timeline for manufacturing and fulfillment is approximately 2–3 months.

This timeline is an estimate only and may be affected by manufacturing delays, ingredient sourcing, shipping logistics, or other operational factors.

Customers will receive production updates via email during this process.

When orders ship, customers will receive tracking information.


10. Shipping

P9 SUPPS intends to ship products to customers in:

  • the United Kingdom

  • the United States

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and logistics providers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that supplements can legally be imported into their country.


11. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, trademarks, logos, product names, graphics, and website content associated with P9 SUPPS and Project Nine are the intellectual property of Project Nine unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P9 SUPPS and Project Nine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • delays in manufacturing or shipping

Customers assume responsibility for how supplements are used.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud

  • payment issues

  • product availability problems

  • violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued.


14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising from the use of the website or purchase of products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
