Return and Refund Policy – P9 SUPPS

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Pre-Order Refunds

  • Customers may request a full refund at any time before the minimum pre-order goal of 250 units has been reached.

  • If the pre-order goal is not met within 60 days, production will not proceed and all customers will receive a full refund to the original payment method.


Refunds After Production Begins

  • Once production has started, all sales are final.

  • Refunds will only be issued in the case of products that arrive damaged or defective.

  • To request a refund for damaged or defective products, contact support within 7 days of delivery with proof (such as photos).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of dietary supplements and nootropics, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return.
