Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of placing it, as long as it has not shipped. Email omar@projectnine.co with your order number. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your request.

Batch 001 pre-orders

We aim to ship within 45 days of your order, and no later than the end of Q1 2027. If your order has not shipped within that window, you can request a full refund by emailing omar@projectnine.co with your order number. Refunds are not automatic. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. Terms and conditions apply.

Damaged or defective products

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund the product.

Opened or used products

Because these are dietary supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned.
