Pre-Order Refunds

Customers may request a full refund at any time before the minimum pre-order goal of 250 units has been reached.

If the pre-order goal is not met within 60 days, production will not proceed and all customers will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds After Production Begins

Once production has started, all sales are final.

Refunds will only be issued in the case of products that arrive damaged or defective.

To request a refund for damaged or defective products, contact support within 7 days of delivery with proof (such as photos).
Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and nootropics, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return.
